I first want to apologize to everyone on this site for me being on such a long sabbatical. I had to take some time away from everything. Even my wife was worried about me pushing my limits with all the things I had going on. I never knew what stress can do to someone but it took it's toll on me. I am feeling a lot better now and I am jumping back on the band wagon with both guns blazing. My new adventure in my business is doing good and even with this economy the way it is our future looks great. Finally got my hours down to 50 hrs. per week from 80-90 hrs so I can put more time into the Gassers and get Ole Mangy back to the track.... Again I want to apologize to everyone.... Coyote

I have talked to Bradenton and they have decided to change their Nov. Nostalgia Muscle Car Shootout to a one day race on Saturday Nov 3rd. With this economy like it is I can understand their decision. I have been told that we can use as many locals to support this event along with several out of area racers. This should turn out to be a nice crowd for Bradenton and the Gassers.
I will be working on getting up some extra money to help with the reduced purse. I want to see all our friends at this race but our budget is going to be limited. Will keep everyone informed on my progress.

Glad to hear things are going better for you. It's too bad the Nostalgia Race is going to be one day only. Are you going to kick the bears out of Ole Red Eye or bring them down with you for a pit crew?

I too wish it was a two day event. Looking forward to sitting down and visiting with our Southern Friends. As far as I know I have signed on "Trouble" as my Crew chief for Ole Mangy. He sure can't do any worse than me.....Oh ..did I say that...
