Seems to me that there needs to be a general concensus and understanding between ALL the states on what IS and what is NOT allowed. It's flippin ridiculous to be "legal" in one state and "illegal" in the very next state! Then you get stopped by some gung-ho DOT version of Barney Fife, who just got dumped by his gal-pal and wants to "exert his authority"  But then again...I've had "issues" with authority all my life  ;D |
